How to return an item


Have you purchased a gift on Luksusbaby.com?

If you wish to return a gift purchased at Luksusbaby, the return policy can be extended by contacting us via e-mail.
We are happy to include an exchange label and provide gift wrapping. Simply note this in the comment section during checkout. N.B. Your order must exceed €14 to be eligible for gift wrapping. 

Have you received a gift from Luksusbaby.com?

If you have received a gift from Luksusbaby that you wish to return, the money will be deposited on the buyer's card. Remember to enter your own email address in order to receive a credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the money to another account number – should you desire a refund, please contact the giver of the gift. 

Do you need to return an item? 

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please note the following if you wish to receive a full refund (and PLEASE contact our customer service team before returning an order):

•    The item must be in its original packaging
•    The product must not show signs of wear, stains or damage, or smell of external odors such as perfumes or smoke
•    In addition, clothes are to be returned without marks or stains, as otherwise we are unable to re-sell the item.
•    Shoes must be in their original box, which should be undamaged, and clothes must be in their original packaging as well

When you are ready to return, do the following:

•  
 Include a note to let us know which product you are returning 
•    Place the item in the original packaging as indicated above
•    Wrap the item securely so that it is not damaged during transport

The parcel must be sent directly to our address, and no parcel box or post office may be selected. 

Complaints

We are so sorry a product did not meet your expectations. We always check an item before sending it, however, unforeseen events can occur, or the item may have a manufacturing defect.

We will contact you as soon as possible, normally within 2-3 weekdays after having received your complaint via the link above.
