How to return your order

Have you bought a gift on
When purchasing gifts, the right of return can be extended by contacting us by mail.
We are happy to put on a change mark and are happy to wrapped. You can simply note this in the note field. The ordre should been over 100 DKK, to get the gift wrapped. 

Have you received a gift from
If you have received a gift from Luksusbaby that you want to return, the money will be deposited on the buyer's card. Remember to enter your own email address so that you can receive the credit note. Unfortunately we can not refund the money to another account number - If you want a refund, please contact the giver of the gift. 

Do you need to send items back? 
If you want to exchange or return an item, please note the following if you want to be sure to get the full amount back, PLEASE contact the customer service to return:
  • The item must be in original packaging,
  • The product must not show signs of wear, stains or damage, or the smell of external odors such as perfumes and smoke.
  • In addition, there must be marks on the clothes, as otherwise we can not sell the item to a new recipient.
  • Eg. must be shoes in their original box again and clothes must be in their original packaging on return.
When you are ready to return, do the following:
  • Right a papir where you right which product you are sending back. 
  • Pack the item in original packaging as indicated above
  • Wrap the item securely so that it is not damaged during transport

The parcel must be sent directly to our address, and no parcel box or post office may be selected. 

Practice. We always check the item before we send it. But unfortunately, something unforeseen can happen, or the product may have a production defect.
If you have a complaint about an item, you must contact us as soon as possible by email with the following info:
  • Picture of error / defect
  • Description of error / defect
  • Your order number
We will contact you as soon as possible, within 24 hours, where you will receive further information about your situation.
