We promise very fast order handling

VAT/customs

All orders shipped to countries outside the EU will not be charged any Danish VAT. For any question about your national VAT, duties etc., please contact your local customs service.

Shipping costs

There might be larger shipping fees on bigger parcels and furnitures, which cannot be shipped under normal delivery terms. We will contact you in case of larger shipping fees and ask for your permission.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched from Luksusbaby, you will automatically receive an email with the information about the shipment. If not - you might find it between your spam mails. In case of doubts, please feel free to contact us.
We recommend to choose one of these freight suppliers with track and trace: Post Nord, GLS, DHL.
However, should you have a preference for alternatives such as UPS, Bring, DAO etc., this is also an option. Our only priority is to make sure that the package will arrive safely at your location.
