How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you live in UK or a country outside EU, you will be asked paying for the import of your order. If you have any questions we recommend you contacting your
local authorities for customs and VAT for legally and correct guidance.

We can only withdraw payment for the amount that you have approved when you completed your payment. Therefore, it is not possible to add further items to your approved order. But If you contact us immediately, we might be able to cancel your first order. Then you can make a new order and add the items you wanted.

All shipments are double checked before they are shipped from our warehouse. But if you should be in that unfortunate situation, that one or some of your items are missing, you must contact our customer service immediately, so we can help you the best way possible.

When you add an item to your basket, is reserved for 30 minutes. Therefore, don't wait too long to complete your order. After 30 minutes it is released again, and will be available for other customers.

Unfortunately no. It is always unfortunate to have ordered and there is a sales campaign afterwards. But this will always affect someone, regardless when we start.
Therefore, campaigns do not apply retroactively either.
But if you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

The items in your basket is reserved for 30 minutes. Once you have received your order confirmation by e-mail, this is your guarantee for your order.
If, contrary to expectations, the item somehow should still be sold out, we will of course make sure to contact you as quickly is possible.

Yes, and we are happy to! You can choose giftwrapping when you proceed to checkout.
Though, there are some items where wrapping is not an option. This is primarily on larger items.
But one thing you can be sure about is, that the gift is wrapped with smile and joy!
